Dr who seventh doctor quotes Silver Nemesis

The Doctor: This may qualify as the worst miscalculation since life crawled out of the seas on this sad planet.
The Doctor: I don't suppose you've completely ignored my instructions and secretly prepared any Nitro-9, have you?
Ace: What if I had?
The Doctor: And naturally, you wouldn't do anything so insanely dangerous as to carry it around with you, would you?
Ace: Of course not. I'm a good girl and do what I'm told.
The Doctor: Excellent. Blow up that vehicle.

Trevor Sigma: Name?
The Doctor: I'm the Doctor. Haven't we met?
Trevor Sigma: I'm sorry, that's classified information.
The Doctor: You're Trevor Sigma, aren't you?
Trevor Sigma: Galactic Census Bureau, I ask the questions.
The Doctor: You ask the questions?
Trevor Sigma: I'm sorry, that's classified information. Address?
The Doctor: Which one?
Trevor Sigma: If you live here, I need a town and a street. If you're an alien, I need a home planet, except when you spend more than half the work here when you're away, in which case I need a planet of origin.
The Doctor: That's classified information. Name?
Trevor Sigma: What?
The Doctor: I ask the questions. Name!
Trevor Sigma: Trevor Sigma.
The Doctor: Address?
Trevor Sigma: Galactic Census.
Earl Sigma: What's happening Doctor?
The Doctor: Questionnaire. Occupation?
Trevor Sigma: Galactic Census Bureau, authorised to enter all Alphan property and to interview all Alphans.
The Doctor: Good, take me to your leader.
Earl Sigma: You're a nice guy Doctor, but a little weird.
The Doctor: I don't know about the little...
The Doctor: And where are the Census Bureau going to send you next?
Trevor Sigma: Earth. Have you been there?
The Doctor: Once or twice.
Trevor Sigma: Miserable sort of place.
The Doctor: You’re making me feel nostalgic.
Earl Sigma: Blissful, isn’t it, Doctor? Silence.
The Doctor: Aha, not quite. I can hear the sound of empires toppling.

Matt Smith has said that he would love a piano to be in the Tardis.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Smith wants to show off his musical skills on the programme.

"I always wanted a piano in the Tardis but that's yet to materialise, sadly," he said. "I'm by no means a dab hand but I can tinker a little bit."

Matt Smith Names Co-Stars He'd Like To See

Matt Smith wants another redhead to take a spin in the Tardis - chart star Florence Welch.
He reckons the Brit-winning Florence And The Machine star would be perfect for a cameo role in the hit series.

Smith - who will next month be seen in a touring arena show, Doctor Who Live - said the singer was on his list of ideal guest stars for the BBC1 series. The Doctor is already accompanied across the universe by flame-haired assistant Amy Pond, played by Karen Gillan. Asked whom he would like to see make an appearance, Smith said: "Florence from Florence And The Machine - I'd quite like her to do one."

He also has his sights set on former soccer star Eric Cantona, who has moved into occasional acting roles.
"I'd quite like Eric Cantona to come and do one. That would be cool," Smith said.

Doctor Who's Matt Smith: Steven Moffat has 'written his best script yet'

Writer Steven moffat has written Matt smith's best script ever for the new series, calling it 'mind-blowing'.

While talking to Metro.co.uk about this year's Doctor Who Christmas Special, Smith tantalisingly mentioned another script for the next series of the show which Moffat had penned: 'God, I wish I could tell you the other thing he’s just written, which is just mind-blowing. I think he’s delivered his best script yet. I can’t say anything about it, but it’s bloody brilliant.'

Smith said that the Christmas Special, which has already been shot, would be a treat for the fans: 'We've got Michael Gambon playing a Scrooge-like miser with a time travelling twist – and I think it’s really, really good. It’s particularly Christmassy, lots of snow and lots of twinkly lights. I think it’s full of the right heart and soul for the season. Steven has, once again, written something brilliant.'

Dr who seventh doctor quotes Remembrance of the Daleks

The Doctor: You can always judge a man by the quality of his enemies.
Ace: But this is earth, 1963. Well someone would've noticed, I'd have heard about it!
The Doctor: Do you remember the Zygon gambit with the Loch Ness monster? Or the Yetis in the underground?
Ace: The what?
The Doctor: Your species has the most amazing capacity for self-deception, matched only by its ingenuity when trying to destroy itself.
Undertaker: Hello, governor? Somebody's come to collect that big casket. Yes, yes the Doctor. Just one thing, governor: I thought you said he was an old geezer with white hair!
Group Captain Gilmore: You were hired as a chief scientific adviser, one tends to expect advice from ones adviser.
Professor Jensen: For one thing, Group Captain, I was not hired, I was drafted. And for another, do you think I'm enjoying having some space vagrant come along and tell me that the painstaking research I have devoted my life to, has been superseded by a bunch of tin-plated pepper pots?!
The Doctor: It's called that because Time Lords have an infinite capacity for pretension.
Ace: Noticed that.
Davros: We shall become all-
The Doctor: Powerful! Crush the lesser races! Conquer the galaxy! UNIMAGINABLE POWER! UNLIMITED RICE PUDDING! Etcetera! Etcetera!
Ace: Doctor. We did good, didn't we?
The Doctor: Time will tell, always does.

dr who seventh doctor quotes Dragonfire

Ace: Do you feel like arguing with a can of deodorant that registers nine on the Richter scale?
Mel: Oh all right, you win.
The Doctor: I do? I usually do.
Mel: I'm going now.
The Doctor: Yes, that's right, you're going. You've been gone for ages. You're already gone. You're still here. You've just arrived. I haven't even met you yet. It all depends on who you are and how you look at it. Strange business, time.
The Doctor: Think about me when you're living your life one day after another, all in a neat pattern. Think about the homeless traveller in his old police box, his days like crazy paving.
Mel: Ace doesn't have anywhere to go.
The Doctor: Nonsense, it's an idyllic place, Perivale! It's got lush green fields - and village blacksmith, um-
Mel: Doctor, she comes from the twentieth century!
The Doctor: Oh...
Mel: I'll send you a postcard!
The Doctor: But I don't have an address!
Mel: Oh, I'll put it in a bottle and throw it into space! It'll reach you... in time.
The Doctor: Ace! Where d'you think you're going?
Ace: Perivale...
The Doctor: Ah yes, but by which route? The direct route with Glitz? Or the scenic route? Well, do you fancy a quick trip around the twelve galaxies and then back to Perivale in time for tea?
Ace: ACE!
The Doctor:  But there are three rules! One: I'm in charge.
Ace: Whatever you say, Professor!
The Doctor: Two: I'm not 'the Professor', I'm the Doctor!
Ace: Whatever you want!
The Doctor: And the third...  Well, I'll think up the third by the time we get back to Perivale.

Doctor Who star Matt: I'll save Amy

Doctor Who star Matt Smith has reassured fans that he won't let assistant Amy Pond be killed off - and vowed: "I'll save her." He said actress Karen Gillan - who plays his sidekick - will stay with the show because there's still "a lot more mileage" in their friendship.

smith said: "She can't die, Amy Pond can't die. No way, I'd be sad. I'd miss Karen." He said: "I just think for this particular Doctor, his bond with Amy, I think there's a lot more mileage in it yet. I think there's a long way to go. So I can't see it happening any time soon." He added: "Don't worry, I won't let it happen - I'll save her, I'll save the day."

Steven Moffat on those rumors

The executive producer of Doctor who, Steven moffat has been busy countering rumours that the BBC’s commitment to the show is waning.
Following the announcement's of that there will be two series of Doctor Who next year, In Doctor Who Magazine, Moffat addresses the issue, saying that 'we' fans worry too much: "I know this because I’ve been a fan since 1963. My favourite rumour is that this is the BBC’s cunning plan to reduce the number of episodes. Right. Okay. . . It’s the BBC’s cunning plan to reduce the number of episode, by going to the extraordinary and fiendish lengths of . . . making exactly the same number of episodes! Quite honestly, you could go over that one a million times and it still wouldn’t work. My least favourite rumour: this is the BBC’s cunning (but slightly generous) plan to give me enough time to work on Sherlock as well. Okay. . . The BBC in their cunning and generosity have decided to reduce my workload by the devilishly clever stratagem of . . . making no difference to my workload whatsoever." It was, Steven Moffat’s idea to have two series of Doctor Who next year, in order to accommodate a “huge cliffhanger” that they wouldn’t normally consider at the end of a series, “because it would be too long before it came back this is an enormous, game-changing .......

Colin Baker will be signing copies of his new audiobook release Kangazang! at Forbidden Planet International, Cardiff on Saturday 25th September at 10am. (Today)

It’s always great to have stars of Doctor Who dropping by to meet the fans. Colin Baker’s performance in Kangazang! is out of this world. We are very enthusiastic about Kangazang! both the book and the CD. It reinforces British comedy stereotypes just like Red Dwarf and Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads did in the past.

Chief Caretaker: I am the chief caretaker.
The Doctor: And I am -
Chief Caretaker: No need to tell me, I know who you are. We have been waiting for this momentous visit for so many years. You will make all those dilapidated lifts rise and fall as they have never done before! All signs of wall-scrawl will disappear from the corridors of Paradise Towers! More Torchwood News!!

yet a few more bits and bobs have been seeping through about the return of Torchwood with The New World next year. The new season of the show is a co-production between BBC America and US cable network Starz, and show boss Russell T Davies has lured in some impressive writers to work on it.
One of them is Jane Espenson, a veteran of Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Battlestar Galactica episodes, and she's been talking to Blastr about how the new season of the show is being put together.
Espenson confirmed that she's writing three of the ten episodes of the show, and that all of the scripts will be written this time before the cameras start rolling. She revealed that "Because of the length of our season and the lead time before production begins, we're actually approaching Torchwood in a very unusual way-all the episodes will be written before any of them begin shooting. "This is allowing us to ‘break' all the episodes at once, with the entire writing staff working together in a very concentrated one-month work session. This is making for a very intense and collaborative process, all guided by Russell's very precise vision. The final product is going to be tightly plotted and lovingly crafted."

SJA Series 4 details revealed

Episodes 1 and 2 - The Nightmare Man
'It's a huge, life changing story for Luke. It's a pivotal time of his life and he starts to dream in a way he's never dreamed before.'
'Luke starts having some pretty scary nightmares. Luke's not fully human even though his brain is, and he's always been an outsider who has been a bit non-plussed by the world'
'It's about a creature called the Nightmare Man. He lives in our dreams and feeds on them. And he's hungry.'

Episodes 3 and 4 - The Vault of Secrets
'Sarah Jane and the gang become reacquainted with Andravax'
'Gita has not forgotten what she saw in Prisoner of the Judoon.' 'Keen to share her experiences, Gita attends a meeting of the British UFO Research and Paranormal Studies Society (BURPSS) led by Ocean Waters, a lady who has previously had her own alien encounters.'
'Also appearing for the first time in the Sarah Jane Adventures are the Men in Black lead by Mr Dread'

Episodes 5 and 6 - Death of the Doctor
'Phil Ford was originally meant to write this story - then CBBC commissioned the first half of Series 5 to be shot at the same time as Series 4.'
'We meet the Groske who are completely different to the Graske.'
'We have a new UNIT colonel, Colonel Karim and it takes place in a secret UNIT base under Mount Snowden.'

Episodes 7 and 8 - The Empty Planet
'Its a normal day for Clyde and Rani. Until they realise they are the only people on the Earth.'
'This is going to be one of the most memorable episodes of Sarah Jane. It's for all the 6 year olds who've never seen 28 Days Later and The Omega Man.'
'As the Story unfolds, it transpires that Clyde and Rani are not quite alone and they soon encounter some formidable robotic adversarys.'
'This scrip gave the crew two big challenges - Robots and an empty planet. I saw the rushes and my jaw dropped.'

Episodes 9 and 10 - Lost in Time
'It's an old-fashioned historical sci-fi adventure with a Sarah Jane Adventures twist.'
'Something's messing up the course of history and our gang have to go back to three different points in time to put it right. Theres a spooky antiques shop. And an even spookier antiques shopkeeper. Oh, and a Parrot.'
'This is an unusual story as there are three stories in one'
'Sarah Jane ends up in an empty Victorian house, Rani ends up in the Tower of London and Cylde ends up in 1941 on the beaches of Southern England where a Nazi invasion is taking place.'
'The great result though is that we have three -or maybe four - cliffhangers to end Part One. Now thats value for money!'

Episodes 11 and 12 - Goodbye Sarah Jane
'The Series comes to a dramatic climax when Sarah Jane finds an unexpected ally when it comes to saving the world. Ruby White, alien investigator, moves in around the corner from Sarah Jane. After all, Ealing is is a hotbed of Strange activity.'
'as well as being a good romp, there are some quite serious elements .'
'Its about Sarah Jane aging and the insecurity that can come as you get older.'
'We've got a spaceship. We venture up to the stars. The whole world is in peril and we see a brand new team come together to fight it.'

The Doctor: You don't understand regeneration, Mel. It's a lottery, and I've drawn the short plank.
The Doctor: Absence makes the nose grow longer!
Rani: You going to be much longer in there, Doctor?
The Doctor: 'Fraid so; more hasta less vista.
Ikona: Well then why the hologram? Why didn't she just release Mel?
The Doctor: A bird in the hand keeps the Doctor away?
Ikona: You're probably right.
The Doctor: Only in this occasion, it'll have the opposite effect.
The Doctor: Ahh, well every dogma has its day.
The Doctor: Two wrongs don't make a left turn.
The Doctor: Time and tide melts the snowman.
